Revolutionary Design by Joy Alexandre Harb

Joy Alexandre Harb presents Villa Attie, a stunning house nestled in the mountains of Faqra, Lebanon. The project, initiated in March 2021, is a testament to Harb's innovative approach to architecture, offering a seamless blend of nature and luxury.

Embedded into the natural topography, Villa Attie boasts a 180-degree panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, providing a unique living experience. The design strategically incorporates two access points, leading to private and semi-private spaces, ensuring a harmonious flow throughout the house.

Utilizing cutting-edge technology, the villa features a double-glazed aluminum facade with low emissive glass, ensuring energy efficiency. The use of Fair face concrete and HDCP panels not only enhances the building's aesthetics but also ensures durability in varying climatic conditions.

With a total area of 750 m2 spread across two livable floors and a basement, Villa Attie offers a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and architectural finesse. The open space plan embodies a seamless combination of comfort, coziness, and circulation, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents and guests alike.

Harb's meticulous attention to detail and extensive research into the environmental impact of the area have resulted in a design that not only stands out aesthetically but also aligns with sustainable principles. The project is set to be completed by November 2023, marking a significant addition to Lebanon's architectural landscape.
