HomeWork Design Studio is proud to present the breathtaking Caribbean Villa, a 5200 sq ft, 2-storey private residence located in a north-west suburb of Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The project, which commenced in June 2019, was completed in September 2020, following a meticulous 5-month design and planning phase. The Villa seamlessly blends traditional Caribbean architecture with modern interior design, creating a warm and inviting living space for its young professional owners.

The transitional design scope of Caribbean Villa beautifully merges traditional architectural elements with modern interior features, resulting in a unique and captivating living space. The 30ft stone facade at the foyer sitting area and the sweeping staircase create a grand entrance, while the 30ft white quartzite wall and large wood-grained aluminum windows flood the interior with natural light, adding a touch of luxury to the home.

Featuring 4 ensuite bedrooms, a media room, kitchen, dining area, home office, and a swimming pool with a large entertainment deck, Caribbean Villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, functionality, and comfort. The smart home features, including programmable appliances, window coverings, and remote access home alarm, add a touch of modern convenience to the residence, making it an ideal space for both living and working.

Despite facing challenges such as potential flooding in the neighborhood and logistical issues during the COVID-19 pandemic, HomeWork Design Studio successfully overcame these obstacles to deliver a truly remarkable living space. The Studio's meticulous attention to detail, from the stonework to the lighting choices, has resulted in a residence that perfectly reflects the vision of the clients and the design team.
