Shenyang China Railway Sales Center: A Showcase of Modern Elegance

Beijing Jien Architectural Design Co., Ltd proudly presents the Shenyang China Railway Sales Center, a 2000 square meter project that embodies a unique blend of modern aesthetics and functional elegance. The design team, led by Chief Designer Cheng Fei, has meticulously crafted a space that exudes a sense of tranquility and sophistication, offering visitors an immersive experience that transcends traditional sales centers.

The center's design inspiration stems from geometric composition, order modulus, and block interpenetration, resulting in a space that plays with light, shadow, and transparent elements. The use of stone, stainless steel, aluminum plate, art glass, and wood veneer, among other materials, showcases the team's commitment to creating a multi-dimensional environment that stimulates the senses.

One of the key highlights of the center is the negotiation area, strategically positioned to offer a symmetrical balance with the water bar. This thoughtful layout encourages a seamless flow of interactions, where visitors can engage in negotiations while enjoying the ambiance of a "U" type semi-surrounded form, infused with elements of books and tea art.

The project, which commenced in March 2021 and concluded in September 2022, is a testament to the design team's dedication to creating a space that transcends conventional sales centers, offering a versatile environment that can function as a library, community space, or cafe, catering to diverse needs.

Beijing Jien Architectural Design Co., Ltd's Shenyang China Railway Sales Center has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2023, underscoring its exceptional creativity and innovation in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
