Simple Assembly: Modular Poster Frame Design

Huajie Sun's Simple Assembly is a revolutionary modular poster frame design that aims to improve the utilization rate of exhibition racks. The design draws inspiration from childhood toys like Lego and snowflake inserts, resulting in a simple and ingenious form that can be assembled into various sizes. The unique properties of this design lie in its modular nature, allowing users to assemble and fix the display stand using magnetic absorption and rubber interference matching. This innovative solution not only meets the requirements of conventional floor display racks but also enables the construction of small and medium-sized exhibition walls, providing an efficient and convenient new assembly experience.

The realization technology behind this design involves the use of rubber materials for connectors, slip balls, and rack clamps, as well as a U-shaped lock structure for fixing the exhibition frame on various products. The aluminum alloy spray-painted display rack stick and frame rods with concave-convex tenon-and-mortar structure further contribute to the design's versatility and functionality.

With four different sizes of frame rods, users can select the appropriate components to build exhibition frames supporting various poster sizes, making it a fast, modular, and economical solution for diverse display needs. The design was completed in Chongqing, China, and was displayed at the Luo Zhongli Art Museum in June 2020, receiving the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2021.
