Conlia Home Image Store: A Fusion of Traditional Chinese Architecture and Modern Techniques

QIANYI DESIGN has unveiled the Conlia Home Image Store, a brand concept store that aims to inherit and carry forward traditional Chinese culture and architectural art. The store is designed to convey the idea of natural residence through modern creation techniques, reflecting the new pursuits of Chinese people for a better life and their aesthetic taste in the national cultural psychology.

Inspired by traditional Chinese architectural style and oriental family lifestyle, the store follows the notion of natural, comfortable, and elegant living. It provides home users with proposals for a better life through the integration of traditional elements and modern techniques, creating a localized home life collection platform.

The store is made of logs and stainless steel, incorporating features of traditional Chinese architecture such as trusses and window grilles. It uses modern materials to connect the space, creating a layered and open environment. Rattan-weaving materials and soft fabrics bring natural and elegant oriental features to the store.

The semi-open design and symmetrical layout connect the inside and outside, creating a transparent and natural ambiance. Diversified functional areas constitute modularized scenes with different themes, enhancing the in-store shopping experience. The application of elements from traditional Chinese architecture, along with materials of different textures and colors, endows the space with a traditional humanistic aesthetic appeal.

Guangzhou, Guangdong province witnessed the launch of this project in July 2021, and it was completed in Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, in December 2021. The store integrates oriental humanistic aesthetics and home decoration to create a general store highlighting local features, with no similar brands in China.

QIANYI DESIGN, founded in 2015, has a design team consisting of many senior designers and a professional construction team with long-term experience in serving famous brands. The Conlia Home Image Store was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022 for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authenticates experience and resourcefulness, contributing to quality of life improvements.
