Constructed from aluminum, iron, and plastic, "The Board" boasts a perfect circle shape with dimensions of H:118, W: 305, L:335, as well as a cruiser shape with dimensions of H:118, W: 152, L:626. CHEN,CHIA-WEI's design journey for "The Board" began in 2018 and culminated in July 2019. Throughout the process, the designer focused on the concept of transformation, considering factors such as space, time, and circumstance to create a product that not only meets users' needs but also provides a unique and surprising visual experience.

Recognizing the complexity of manufacturing "The Board," CHEN,CHIA-WEI is exploring the possibility of open-sourcing the design as a DIY kit for 3D printers.
