Dothink Daja Elegant Mansion by GFD

GFD introduces the Dothink Daja Elegant Mansion, a sales center in Hangzhou, China, designed to reflect the spirit of the Grand Canal. The negotiation area is spacious and filled with bright light, while the elevator hall features rippled stainless steel sheet, resembling the flowing Grand Canal. The VIP room, serving as the contract signing room, is adorned with elegant and delicate adornments, including wood-grain wall panels and ink-wash fabric, inheriting the spirit of the Grand Canal.

The project is a local residential property development featuring three low-density architectural forms, including Oriental private house, innovative stacked villa, and high-rise building. It also serves as a club for the occupants, embodying the living atmosphere of Hangzhou.

Main materials used in the realization of this project include stainless steel, sintered stone, marble, resin board, wood veneer, and fabric covering, with a total area of 1081 square meters.

Showing respect for natural resources and echoing architectural forms and living styles along the canal, the design welcomes urbanites to enjoy an Oriental-style serene life. The project started in June 2019 and was completed in December 2019 in Zhejiang, China.

GFD, founded more than a decade ago, is dedicated to working on interior design of real estate projects, hotels, commercial spaces, and upscale private residences. The creative team members all graduated from design colleges at home and abroad. GFD emphasizes integrated design quality control, from spaces to furnishings, schemes to construction drawings.
