Bellda: A Budget-Friendly, Easy-to-Use Lampshade

Mehdi Atashfaraz's Bellda is a revolutionary hanging lampshade that effortlessly fits onto any light bulb, eliminating the need for tools or electrical expertise. Crafted from Polypropylene (PP) using plastic injection molding, this one-piece lampshade boasts dimensions of 250mm in width, 250mm in depth, and 300mm in height, with a 75mm diameter side hole.

Designed to address the challenge of enhancing the appearance of simple light bulbs in budget or temporary accommodations, Bellda offers a cost-effective and durable solution. Its easy installation and removal process allows users to create a visually pleasing lighting source without the hassle or expense of complex lighting fixtures. The lampshade's form-based functionality ensures production costs akin to an ordinary plastic flowerpot, while the option for personalization through painting or decorative elements adds a unique touch.

Bellda's inception in June 2020 in Gorgan culminated in its completion in September 2020, marking a significant milestone in the realm of innovative lighting solutions. This groundbreaking design was honored with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its exceptional creativity, technical prowess, and remarkable innovation in the field of lighting products and fixtures.
