Qianhai MCC Technology Building: Redefining Shenzhen's Skyline

Shenzhen Qianhai MCTD Co. Ltd. is proud to unveil the Qianhai MCC Technology Building, a stunning architectural marvel that embodies the fusion of form and function. Inspired by the elegant curves of fancy carp, the building's facade boasts tall, straight lines and unique textures, achieved through the use of different materials. The tower building stands independently from the podium building, which seamlessly integrates commercial and office spaces, including a top terrace for commercial display.

The realization of this design is made possible through cutting-edge technology, including double silver Low-e insulating tempered glass, aluminum plate curtain walls, high-performance concrete, and high-strength rebar. The project, spanning 6700 square meters, is set to be completed in 2022, serving as a testament to architectural innovation in Shenzhen, China.

Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Qianhai MCC Technology Building was constructed according to plan and completed on time, showcasing the resilience and dedication of the design team. The spacious top area will serve as an open working space with a panoramic view of the Qianhai zone, while the lower and upper floors are strategically designed to accommodate various office spaces, ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics.
