Unveiling Pop Star: A Monumental Art Installation

Li Hao's Pop Star is a groundbreaking art installation that challenges the human visual experience, inspired by the limitations of our perception compared to other creatures. The design, based on the icosahedron, transcends conventional art forms, inviting viewers to contemplate the universe in a drop of dew.

Constructed using a steel structure, Pop Star measures 15000mm x 15000mm x 15000mm, offering a unique interaction that defies traditional spatial relationships. Spectators can enter the central area to explore the fields, experiencing the paradoxical state of perception and the amplification of instinctual power.

Designed in December 2019 in Beijing and completed in August 2020 in Shanghai, Pop Star represents a fusion of art, science, and technology, embodying extraordinary excellence and significantly impacting the world with its desirable characteristics.
