Residential House Design Showcases Light Luxury Aesthetics and Art

Iw Bw's Hengqin Mansion is a testament to the fusion of modern philosophy and natural vitality, creating a spatial rhythm that seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor scenery. The 239-square-meter project, located in Zhuhai, China, embodies an elite lifestyle with its light luxury aesthetics and art framework, offering a retreat from the bustling city while embracing a warm and exquisite environment.

Integrating stainless steel, glass, solid wood, FRP, and acrylic, the design showcases a seamless blend of art and life, with a beige tone running through the entire space interwoven with coffee and brown accents. The project, led by Chief Designer Coco Chan and her team, successfully captures the essence of forward-looking sustainable design, offering a visual feast of the unity of sea and sky.

From the simplified dining table and chairs to the cleverly arranged ornaments, the design exudes a sense of high quality and artistry, resonating with natural art and luxury aesthetics. The project, which commenced in December 2021 and concluded in March 2022, has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that elevates the quality of life.
