Xiner Zheng redefines Rongxing as Xphere, a visual language inspired by prosperity

Xiner Zheng, a renowned designer, has unveiled the Xphere Corporate Identity Rebranding, a project inspired by the clientâs Chinese name, Rongxing, which means prosperous sphere. The rebranding effort, initiated in October 2020 in San Francisco and completed in February 2021 in Beijing, aimed to create a compelling visual language that resonates with high-end customers, especially in major Chinese cities.
The project, a collaboration between Rongxing and Yibang, resulted in the refreshing of the brand's name to Xphere, incorporating bold colors and visuals to accentuate the high-end product line. The design team drew inspiration from star shapes, integrating them into both the English and Chinese logo marks, and utilized Adobe Photoshop, Illustration, and InDesign for realization.
The Xphere Corporate Identity Rebranding is set to be promoted through a main advertising campaign in 2021 on popular Chinese social media platforms, such as Red and TikTok, reflecting the brand's compelling and youthful visual language. The project has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in the Graphics, Illustration, and Visual Communication Design category, underscoring its innovative and professional design approach.
