Innovative Residential Design: Pristine by Han Chung Hung

Han Chung Hung's Pristine design sets itself apart with its innovative use of marble materials in the public areas, creating a visually striking yet harmonious living space. The marble textures are complemented by wooden floors, mirrors, and metal details, enhancing the spatial depth and reducing the heaviness typically associated with large-faced stone.

The design incorporates varying ceiling widths and lines to connect the interior space with the natural scenery outside, creating a sense of depth and openness. The strategic placement of mirrors and arches aids in space division, allowing for a gradual progression of sightlines and an extension of the space.

Spanning approximately 70 feet, the interior space includes a living room, kitchen, and multi-functional study, cleverly designed to be open yet separate. Large-scale windows offer expansive views while promoting family interaction and communication.

Han Chung Hung's Pristine design was honored with the Iron A' Design Award in 2019, recognizing its practicality, innovation, and integration of industry best practices. This prestigious accolade underscores the design's contribution to a better world through thoughtful and competent design characteristics.
