Fabio Su's Oberbayern stands out with its origami-style architecture, featuring an overlapping structure of as-cast-finish mold and plate mold. The design incorporates bamboo branches, creating a yin-and-yang combination of hardness and softness. The house is constructed using corrugated steel bars, natural rock sheets, granite wall stones, and exposed concrete, showcasing a blend of modernity and eco-friendliness.

The four-floor house spans 848 square meters and includes a garage, pool, living room, cooking and dining area, video room, meeting room, 4 bedrooms, sitting room, studio, and study room. The exterior wall is inspired by the beauty of mountains, creating an oasis-like ambiance in the city. The space in front of the building is designed for kids to have fun, using eco-friendly materials that maintain soil moisture and promote sustainability.

Combining Japanese, Chinese, and South American architectural elements, Oberbayern embodies a postmodernist approach, creating a unique and harmonious living space.
