HUNGARY -- /DESIGN/newswire -- Aug 19, 2021

Zoltan Madosfalvi unveils Karloca, a hotel designed to blend nature and luxury, set to open in Serbia in 2022

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Hotel Karloca: A Fusion of Nature and Luxury

Zoltan Madosfalvi, in collaboration with Lima Architecture & Design, presents Karloca, a stunning hotel designed to offer a serene environment for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel, located in Sremski Karlovci, Serbia, is set to open its doors in 2022, boasting a unique blend of high-quality materials and natural inspiration.

The seven-level building encompasses a conference and wellness center, featuring a lobby, bar, sauna world, and spacious rooms. The design incorporates community functions within a large, organically flowing space, with distinct areas marked by subtle material changes. The lobby houses a Turkish cafe, symbolizing the local historic past within its design concept.

Utilizing BIM technology and native-born materials, the hotel reflects a close-to-nature world with a twist of high-quality elements, natural colors, and shapes. The use of large glass surfaces ensures bright and sunny spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
