"The Loft" by Elpis Interior Design Pte Ltd

Elpis Interior Design Pte Ltd proudly presents "The Loft," a residential apartment design that pushes the boundaries of space and functionality. Inspired by the CRAFTHOLIC cafe theme, created by Japanese designer Ikuko Yamamoto, this innovative design seamlessly integrates the homeowner's daily needs and desired lifestyle into a 52 square meter apartment with a 4-meter high ceiling.

One of the key features of "The Loft" is the utilization of vertical space planning, which includes hacking the wall between two bedrooms and creating a bedroom loft to maximize the use of the high ceiling. This design approach allows for a spacious area where the homeowner can socialize with family and friends while maintaining the privacy of the sleeping area.

Utilizing advanced cantilever technology, the loft is ingeniously supported without the need for visible columns, ensuring a clutter-free and open living space. Additionally, a glass panel divides the living and sleeping areas, providing privacy and sound insulation.

Elpis Interior Design Pte Ltd's "The Loft" was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2021 for its well-designed, practical, and innovative approach that meets professional and industrial requirements.
