FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Children Papers Chair: Rethinking the Drawing Experience

Charlotte Friis introduces the Children Papers Chair, a unique and innovative drawing chair designed to enhance the drawing experience for kids. Inspired by the extensive use of paper in daily life, this chair serves as a memory collection device, storing children's drawings on a 400-meter paper roll for approximately five years. The chair is currently exhibited within The Nordic Embassies in Berlin and will be showcased at the Victoria & Albert Museum of Childhood, London in 2018.

The Children Papers Chair is more than just a chair; it's an interactive space for children aged three to eight. With a solid wood back support and a white lacquer finish, the chair features a metal resort system that holds the paper rolls in place, allowing for easy rolling movement. Kids can use the chair as a drawing board, facing the back support, or simply draw on the paper roll, making it a fun and engaging experience.

Designed in Copenhagen, the Children Papers Chair addresses the challenge of preserving children's drawings and memories, providing a creative solution to store and collect their artwork. This innovative design has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the Baby, Kids, and Children's Products Design category in 2018, showcasing outstanding expertise and innovation.
