Lovin Maris Villas: A Modern Residential Development

Quark Studio Architects has unveiled the Lovin Maris Villas project, a modern-style residential development located in a serene seaside neighborhood in Istanbul. The project, set to be completed by 2023, encompasses 14 villas of varying sizes, offering exclusive indoor and outdoor areas for residents.

The design concept focuses on creating comfortable living spaces with dynamism brought by the creative use of different textures and materials. Each unit includes a living room, a dining area, four bedrooms, exclusive master bedrooms equipped with a steam room, and a family room with an open kitchen on the roof floor.

The project, currently under construction, is being built using both concrete and steel structure methods. The villas, overlooking the Sea of Marmara, feature balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows to provide the best view of the surroundings.

Quark Studio Architects, based in Istanbul, Turkey, has been recognized for its exceptional design with the Iron A' Design Award in 2022, acknowledging the project's well-designed, practical, and innovative features that meet professional and industrial requirements.
