BLUEMOON's Sales Center: A Modern Interpretation of Urban Living

Kelly Lin's Tianjin RK One Island project is a testament to the fusion of tradition and modernity, humanistic values, and local culture. The 983-square-meter Sales Center is a social communication field featuring an urban lake-villa, offering private functional areas such as negotiation rooms, study spaces, tea rooms, VIP areas, and cigar rooms. The design aims to create a living space that resonates with the wealth class in lifestyle, fostering aesthetic and spiritual connections for its residents.

Themed as an "Urban Living Room," the design reflects a deep excavation of cultures and the co-existence between humanity and nature. It successfully integrates flexible techniques to realize a space that embodies the essence of urban living while embracing the surrounding natural elements.

Located in Tianjin, China, this project has been a result of extensive research and creative exploration by Kelly Lin and Jerry Tian. The team overcame the challenge of excavating the depth of urban humanity and local nature, ultimately creating a modern space that generates aesthetic and spiritual resonance for its residents.
