ABD Architecture's Grand Tsuru Wins A'Design Silver Award: Celebrating Design Excellence

Grand Tsuru Niseko, based on a conceptual design that graceful blends tradition Japanese elements with modern lines, achieved the esteemed A' Design Silver Award for its architectural creativity. Inspired by the grace of a crane ("tsuru" in Japanese) taking its flight and the breathtaking beauty of its surroundings, Grand Tsuru Niseko, a development of 3 ski high-end rental properties in the core of Niseko's silver birch tree forest, embodies the essence of tranquility and sophistication. Designed to harmonize with its environment, Grand Tsuru Niseko boasts extended eaves and wood louvers, creating a sense of weightlessness and serenity. Each of the three 250 m2 properties features spacious living areas, two guest bedrooms, and a Japanese-style master bedroom, offering a haven of comfort and cultural immersion. Located in the picturesque town of Niseko, home of the renown international ski resort of same name, Grand Tsuru Niseko is meticulously crafted for both winter and summer living, with a snow-shedding roof, covered balconies, and a ski room. ABD Architecture LLC's team, led by its Founder & CEO Franck Giral and Architect Pierre Biard, spearheaded the design, using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, used to model the project entirely in 3D, along with a dedicated 3D rendering software for high quality renderings of the design.
