Pawspal Pet Carrier: Redefining Pet Travel

Pawspal is a pet carrier designed by Passakorn Kulkliang and Supacha Kebsub, inspired by the concept of a space shuttle's reliability and attractiveness. The carrier features a fully-integrated, chargeable air ventilation system, adjoin wheels for easy mobility, and stackability for multiple pets. With internal ventilation fans and USB C charging, Pawspal ensures pets' comfort and safety during travel.

The Pawspal pet carrier is made from ABS plastic using an injection process and assembly parts with snap-fits joint and screws. Its dimensions are 328mm x 475mm x 360mm, with an additional 40mm for the wheels part. The innovative design addresses the challenges faced by pet owners when transporting multiple pets, offering a practical and efficient solution.

The project commenced in October 2020 in Pattaya and was completed in November 2020. The design team conducted extensive research and interviews with pet owners to understand their transportation challenges, leading to the development of Pawspal. The carrier's unique features and functionality have earned it the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2021, recognizing its outstanding innovation and excellence in pet care product design.
