Aurora: Cutting-Edge Mobile Phone Disinfection Box

YeQuan Liu introduces "Aurora," a groundbreaking series of mobile phone disinfection boxes designed to combat the proliferation of bacteria on mobile devices. The N1 model utilizes high-intensity ultraviolet rays for comprehensive disinfection, while the M1 model offers all-round wipe cleaning functions. These innovative products cater to various settings, including homes, public places, and medical institutions.

The N1 model features high-intensity ultraviolet rays, effectively disinfecting both the front and back of mobile phones. Equipped with 12 UVC LEDs, it provides thorough sterilization, addressing the pressing need for enhanced personal hygiene in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. The M1 model incorporates two motor-driven cleaning cloth components, ensuring meticulous cleaning of mobile phones and the cleaning cloth itself. Additionally, the top of the M1 offers wireless charging functionality, enhancing its practicality and convenience.

With a project initiation in Guangzhou, China, in July 2020 and completion in December 2020, Aurora reflects extensive research into the hygiene challenges associated with mobile phones. The design team, including YeQuan Liu, YanRong Li, and XiaoQing Ma, overcame creative and technical obstacles to develop a solution that aligns with the heightened focus on personal hygiene in today's society.

YeQuan Liu's "Aurora" series has garnered recognition, receiving the Bronze A' Design Award in the Safety Clothing and Personal Protective Equipment category in 2022. This prestigious accolade underscores the innovative and impactful nature of the design, acknowledging its contribution to improving quality of life and promoting enhanced hygiene practices.
