Innovative Residential Design "The Blues" by Magikcache Co., Ltd.

Magikcache Co., Ltd. proudly presents "The Blues," a residential design project that redefines modern living for a family of three in Taiwan. The project was inspired by the client's desire for a spacious and cohesive home that fosters family interaction while providing individual work areas.

The highlight of the project is the TV wall, combining titanium-plated metal and warm woodwork, creating a modern yet inviting look. The design seamlessly integrates a study room behind the sofa, promoting transparency and interaction. The master bedroom's low ceiling was creatively addressed to avoid Feng-Shui taboos, showcasing the team's attention to detail and functionality.

Using non-toxic green building materials, including Benjamin Moore eco-friendly latex paint, the project prioritizes the family's health and well-being. The design team meticulously planned the layout, re-strengthened the building structure, and overcame various technical challenges to transform the old office space into a modern residence.
