OCEAN LUO has unveiled "Future Forest," a serviced apartment project located in Guangzhou, designed to cater to the needs of Generation Z. The concept draws inspiration from the 24-hour living theater, offering an immersive experience and interaction with layers of community culture. This innovative approach aims to address the diverse rental needs of Generation Z in the city, redefining the apartment rental model.

Located in Guangzhou, Future Forest is a key development project of Vanke, focusing on the consumption insights of the city and people. The design metaphorically centers around the concept of a theater, creating a gathering place for the future living community. The space is designed to be a fusion of modern art, fairy young elements, and immersive experiences, offering a unique living environment for the new generation.

The project, which commenced in May 2021 and concluded in December 2021, is a testament to OCEAN LUO's commitment to providing innovative design solutions for high-end real estate and commercial public spaces. The project was recently honored with the Iron A' Design Award in the Hospitality, Recreation, Travel, and Tourism Design category, recognizing its practicality, innovation, and adherence to professional and industrial requirements.
