Segway ST: Redefining Personal Mobility

Yongjie Li introduces the Segway ST, an electric scooter designed for short to medium distance commuting and recreational activities. With a top speed of 80 km/h and a maximum range of 70 km, it offers industry-leading stability at high speeds due to its front and rear dual shock absorbers and high-strength integrated bent pipe frame.

Equipped with advanced safety features such as front and rear hydraulic disc brakes, SMART-ABS braking system, and traction control system, the Segway ST aims to reduce traffic congestion and provide a convenient and environmentally friendly personal commuting experience.

Featuring a folding size of 1340 * 680 * 690cm and an expansion size of 1340 * 680 * 1355cm, the Segway ST offers a blend of technology and future sense, catering to the needs of modern riders. The design team, including Ji Lin, Junfu Lin, Huiqian Zhu, and Yongjie Li, has meticulously crafted this scooter to meet the demands of safety, riding stability, range, power performance, and design style identified through extensive research and user interviews.

By using the throttle and brake on the handle to control the riding of the scooter, there are four speed modes that can be adjusted, including high and low beam lights, which can meet the needs of day and night riding. The scooter can also connect to a mobile app to view various vehicle conditions. The Segway ST project commenced in January 2022, with an expected launch in August 2024, and an exhibition at the CES exhibition in January 2024.

Li Yongjie has secured multiple patents for the Segway ST, ensuring its unique design and technology are protected. The Segway ST has been recognized with the Silver A' Design Award, showcasing its outstanding expertise and innovation in the field of scooter design.
