Wen Juan Duan's Eco Smart City Sales Centre, inspired by ancient grand mansions, embraces the theme of Peach Blossom Spring to create a modern building sales center of profound cultural heritage. The project was completed in August 2018 in Hu Nan, China, and was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in 2021.

Wen Juan Duan's Eco Smart City Sales Centre draws inspiration from ancient grand mansions, utilizing the three-courtyard system to divide and differentiate spatial dimensions. The design embraces the theme of Peach Blossom Spring, creating a modern building sales center with profound cultural heritage.
The space expresses the theme of "welcome" with Guest-Greeting Pine landscape rockeries, utilizing the view borrowing technique of ancient gardens to create a layered effect of both separation and connection.
The entire space is illuminated with energy-saving LED lamps, adjusting the illuminance index according to the environment and controlling light sources by areas to save energy. The furniture is made of solid wood with natural marble tabletop, promoting environmental friendliness and good health.
The project, located in Hu Nan, China, was finished in August 2018 and was awarded the Golden A' Design Award in 2021.
