R Space: A Collaborative Office Environment

UPPER DESIGN presents R Space, a shared office project that redefines the traditional office environment by incorporating diverse functional areas to meet the needs of different users. This 3600 square meter office space features fixed desks, shared desks, individual offices, plazas, workshops, and meeting rooms, creating a collaborative and flexible workspace.

The design focuses on accommodating companies of different natures to share the workspace while ensuring the privacy and independence of the tenants. The interior boasts an off-white color palette accented by soft, deep blues and woods, creating a serious yet vibrant atmosphere. Natural lighting and abundant greenery further enhance the ecological symbiosis concept integrated into the office project.

One of the key highlights of R Space is the integration of indoor greenery with the office environment, creating a simple, modern, and soft indoor atmosphere. The inclusion of different plants not only improves air quality but also enhances the overall tenant satisfaction. The intelligent electricity system automatically adjusts the lighting level and air conditioning switch, promoting energy-saving and environment-friendly office life.

To ensure the independence and privacy of the different types of offices, the entire building is designed with wooden boxes, maximizing space utilization while maintaining flexibility. The marble reception counter and translucent glass partition wall in the entrance area serve as the focal point, enhancing the visual appeal of the space.

R Space encourages users to find their preferred comfort in different areas while fostering collaboration and communication. The project received the Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
