Hua Yi Design, led by Creative Director PAN HUA, introduces the Maple International Executive Apartment, a high-end serviced apartment brand developed by Maple Real Estate. The design concept of "elite life" embodies the keywords "gentleman, exquisiteness, and nature," integrating natural genes and Shanghai style elements to create a contemporary living space.

The 13,000 square meters interior design area is a fusion of British style and futuristic living experience, reflecting the unique natural coastline landscape in western Shenzhen.

The space features a blend of blue sands and retro copper, with freehand winding lines on marble surfaces reminiscent of sea ripples, creating a romantic oceanic ambiance. The design interaction emphasizes vivid coloring techniques to elevate the emotional experience of space users, fostering a higher-than-life "expected horizon."

Initiated in December 2018, the project is set to be completed in November 2020, showcasing a meticulous integration of local cultural attributes and the pursuit of exquisite living. The Maple Leaf Totem, a symbol of Maple Real Estate, has been meticulously refined to bring natural life to the space.

HuaYi Design, dedicated to creating balanced living spaces, has garnered acclaim, winning the Bronze A' Design Award in 2022 for its outstanding and creatively ingenious design.
