Design Unveiled: Moon Light Basin

Hsiang Kai Yang's Moon Light Basin is a 198 square meter VIP Lounge, designed to create a dream-like setting illuminated by moonlight. The space features a winding path, mirrors, and natural stone textures, offering a serene and stable environment for guests to enjoy drinks and conversations.

The project's focus is on maximizing the use of artificial light to enrich the space and accommodate a large number of users within a limited area. Special attention was given to sound insulation and the utilization of artificial light to enhance the overall ambiance.

The design incorporates a curved wall construction and a double wall method to improve sound insulation and maximize space. Natural stone texture foam boards were used to disrupt audio reflection and reduce the problem of echo in confined spaces.
