DAWN OF SPRING: Redefining Residential Living

JUNYUN Architecture Design Office has unveiled "DAWN OF SPRING," a modern residential community located within International Eco-Aquapolis, Zhengzhou, China. The project, which started in March 2020 and was completed in October 2020, aims to create a modern, understated luxurious living scene. The three-story volume building features unique design elements, including a "floating" architectural image and well-proportioned, inter-connected screen walls at the entrance of the demonstration area.

An extensible space is created by well-proportioned, inter-connected screen walls at the entrance of the demonstration area. With an asymmetrical and flexible form, this entrance area well integrates with the main building body. The building and outdoor screen walls enclose a tranquil and twisting water courtyard, offering visitors varying views and a poetic experience. The first-floor glass curtain wall of the main building body creates transparency and integrity, while the large area of perforated aluminum panels used on the facades of the second and third floors produces unified visual effects and hazy, aesthetic exteriors.

The project occupies a gross floor area of 1,989.32sqm, a plot area of 682.18sqm, and a landscape area of 2,908.63sqm. The project functions as a demonstration area at the early stage and as a kindergarten at the late stage, meeting distinct functional requirements and being convenient for transformation. The biggest challenge was site selection for the demonstration area, which is planned to accommodate public facilities that radiate the surrounding neighborhoods.

JUNYUN Architecture Design Office Co., Ltd. specializes in the real estate industry, offering high-quality and professional design services such as master planning, architectural design, and construction management.
