One Villa: Redefining Modern Living Spaces with Traditional Charm

SIA DESIGN proudly unveils One Villa, a stunning Chinese-style residential development located in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, China. The project, completed in April 2021, draws inspiration from traditional Chinese philosophy, advocating the integration of nature and human to conceive buildings and landscapes, creating novel scenes in a contemporary context.

The project inherits the natural outlook and cultural essence of Sunac's Chinese-style residential developments, featuring a symmetrical layout, simple and pure lines, and Chinese-style spatial order. The architecture showcases concise yet lively lines, delicate, elegant tones, and a modern interpretation of traditional roofs, embracing the charm of traditional Jiangnan architecture.

Metal roof panels, blue walls, dark grey tiles, and bronze-colored metal grilles, door, and window frames are used to realize the slightly curved roof, offering a modern interpretation of traditional architecture. Drawing inspiration from Xunyang Tower built in the Song Dynasty, the spatial pattern is composed of three layers of space, featuring a front gateway, middle transitional space, and back courtyard.

One Villa aims to redefine modern lifestyle by offering ideal secluded living spaces, inspired by the picturesque space that combines both ancient and modern charm. The project creates a natural, elegant lifestyle, presenting a contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinese architecture. The project has been awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, showcasing outstanding expertise and innovation in architecture, building, and structure design.
