Meizhi Design's Duofu Shanhe Riviera Model Room

Sheng Menghua's Duofu Shanhe Riviera model room is a testament to timeless residential design, aiming to create a space that stands the test of time and offers the best life state for its users. Located in Ningde, Fujian, China, the project was completed between April and July 2021.

The ground floor design is characterized by its integration of light into the living room, creating a peaceful and relaxed space. The changing light and shadow contribute to a gentle style that moisturizes the entire scenery, offering a unique and comfortable living experience.

The space arrangement and material selection emphasize comfort and ease, with furniture and art installations adding a touch of agility to the overall space. The study area, in particular, features elegant gauze curtains that allow light to flow freely, creating a relaxing space for reading and socializing.

The open layout seamlessly integrates the living room and kitchen, fostering an artistic atmosphere and emotional communication. The design team, including Lingxun Dong and Menghua Sheng, overcame creative and technical challenges, such as developing color-oriented rooms and incorporating bold themes like fencing to express decisiveness and wisdom.

Sheng Menghua's Duofu Shanhe Riviera model room was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2022, recognizing its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.
