Simple Architecture Unveils Villa Bianca

Simple Architecture proudly presents Villa Bianca, a breathtaking private house designed by Alexander Yonchev, offering a minimalist and contemporary architectural marvel. The project, which commenced in September 2021 and concluded in June 2022, is a complete visual transformation of an existing house, reflecting a light, elegant, and ethereal atmosphere dominated by the sea view and the ever-changing colors of the surrounding nature.

The project, spanning a total built area of 540m2 on a 817m2 land, features a striking contrast to the pseudo-traditional Bulgarian style with a focus on a memorable, minimalistic, and contemporary architecture. The exterior cladding is entirely in large format white tiles, complemented by light grey tiles for the exterior pavement and microcement for the interior pavement.

The three-story house boasts a spacious common area, including a living room, kitchen, and dining room, along with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two toilets, storage, and service rooms. The interior is meticulously furnished with plastic, abstract, and non-standard forms, creating an ambiance akin to an art gallery.
