TOPWAY introduces Jade Villa, a groundbreaking residential design that redefines modern living. Inspired by the natural landscape of Wu Hu, this innovative eco-house integrates modern urban aesthetics with natural ecology, creating a harmonious coexistence between human habitat and nature. The unique hanging garden and eco-friendly construction materials set a new standard in sustainable architecture.

Constructed with high-performance concrete and eco-friendly materials, Jade Villa features a rainwater harvesting system, green vegetation, and innovative rain garden to restore the ecology. The design boasts a floor area of 159,021㎡ and a site area of 60,448㎡, with a garden storey height of 6.2m.

The community utilizes the surrounding terrain and natural elements to harmonize with the local environment. The hanging garden, characterized by a staggered sequence of greenery, ensures each unit is filled with bright sunlight and quality greenspaces. The interior layout is mobile and adjustable, allowing free combination and efficient use of space.

Completed in July 2023, the Jade Villa project emphasizes context in design, showcasing a simple modern architecture through appropriate arrangement of shapes, sequences, profiles, and light changes. The design not only improves living conditions but also promotes industrial upgrading and economic growth.
