Innovative Residential House Design

Xin Wu's Longfor Dwell Realm is a remarkable residential house design that seamlessly blends organic and mechanical elements, creating a semi-open courtyard concept. The project covers 75032 square meters and features a unique flat with a big courtyard, offering individual sky gardens to every family.

The facade design showcases a harmonious blend of horizontal white aluminum plates and transparent curtain walls, creating a rhythm that enhances the overall aesthetic. The project's standout feature is the fully foldable doors in each room, allowing residents to immerse themselves in the surrounding landscape.

The design team, including Xin Wu, Liang Du, Bin Wang, and Xiongxingzi Luo, overcame challenges related to the integration of curtain walls and the precise positioning of aluminum plates, resulting in a design that exceeds market standards and sets an example for Chinese residential architecture.

One of the key design challenges was to create a high-density residential community with a semi-open outdoor courtyard, ensuring luxury balcony areas and adherence to PRC Sunlight Ordinances. The project successfully balances ventilation and privacy, emphasizing the thoughtful layout of living spaces.

Longfor Dwell Realm received the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
