Viveria D2502: A Unique Blend of Minimalism and Modern Styles

Naved Patel, the principal architect, has unveiled Viveria D2502, a stunning contemporary residential interior design project located in Mumbai, India. The project, which commenced in January 2019 and was completed in December 2019, is a testament to Patel's commitment to creating spaces that cater to the specific needs of each individual while maintaining a cohesive, minimalist aesthetic.

The 200 sq.mtrs apartment features a living space, three on-suite bedrooms, a guest room, kitchen, and powder toilet. Each room is characterized by unique architectural details, materials, and color schemes, creating a harmonious yet distinct living environment.

The design is brought to life through a meticulous selection of materials, including leather, solid wood, porcelain tiles, and brass metal inlays, resulting in a timeless and cozy ambiance. The project's standout features include hand-textured marble walls, semi-open see-through sliding partitions in the master bedroom, and eccentric graphical bedside units.

Patel's approach to the project involved extensive material analysis to ensure the perfect combination of materials for both aesthetic appeal and functionality. The design process also involved overcoming the challenge of catering to the specific needs and tastes of individuals belonging to different age groups, ranging from 4 to 55 years.

Recognizing Patel's exceptional design prowess, Viveria D2502 was honored with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious accolade celebrates the project's outstanding creativity and its contribution to enhancing the quality of life through innovative design.
