E-Arch Studio Introduces "Campus 90" - a Fusion of Student Dormitory and Hotel

E-Arch Studio proudly presents "Campus 90," a groundbreaking architectural marvel that redefines student accommodation in Varna. This innovative structure, standing at 60 meters tall, seamlessly integrates a student dormitory, hotel, and conference center, catering to the burgeoning demand for high-quality living spaces among students.

The inspiration behind "Campus 90" stems from the need for a distinctive silhouette that captivates the attention of passersby, coupled with the desire to optimize the surrounding landscape and offer breathtaking vistas of the sea and city. The facade's pixelated spiral design, influenced by the movement and speed of the surroundings, adds a dynamic and contemporary touch to the building.

Utilizing fiber-cement plates and glass, "Campus 90" boasts 15 well-appointed student rooms per floor, with the initial three floors housing communal areas such as a lobby, conference and meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a fitness center. This multifunctional building also features a sports center, catering to the diverse needs of its occupants.

The project, which commenced in 2008, reached its completion in October 2022, marking a significant milestone in the architectural landscape of Varna. Despite the initial challenges posed by the building's original design as an office space, the transformation into a student dormitory was executed flawlessly, showcasing the adaptability and ingenuity of E-Arch Studio.

E-Arch Studio's "Campus 90" has been recognized with the prestigious Iron A' Design Award in 2023, underscoring its exceptional design, practicality, and innovation. This accolade further solidifies the studio's commitment to delivering superior, industry-leading creations that elevate living standards and contribute to a better world.
