Intelehealth: Mobile Web Application for Remote Healthcare

Prismic Reflections proudly presents Intelehealth, a groundbreaking mobile web application designed to revolutionize remote healthcare services. Developed by Vishal Jadhav and his team, Intelehealth addresses the critical need for accessible healthcare in rural areas, empowering community health workers and remote doctors to bridge the gap in healthcare services.

Over 400 million people worldwide lack access to basic healthcare, with the majority residing in rural areas. Intelehealth's innovative approach enables community health workers to extend vital services to remote regions, while the web application facilitates remote consultations with doctors. The user-centered design focuses on enhancing task efficiency, navigation, training, diagnosis, appointment booking, and tracking, ensuring seamless healthcare delivery.

Utilizing a strategic design approach, the project commenced in January 2022 and concluded in October 2022, with a remote team collaborating from Nashik. The design process involved extensive research, including user interviews, empathy mapping, and usability testing, to understand and address the unique challenges faced by underprivileged communities.

Empathizing with rural populations and overcoming language barriers and digital constraints presented significant challenges. However, the team's dedication resulted in a user-friendly solution that operates even in low-network areas, providing essential healthcare services where they are needed most.

Intelehealth has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction, and User Experience Design, highlighting its exceptional creativity and contribution to improving quality of life. Vishal Jadhav's visionary leadership and commitment to strategic design have propelled Intelehealth to the forefront of remote healthcare innovation, transforming the way healthcare is delivered to underserved communities.
