Villa in Clouds: Redefining Experiential Space

The Villa in Clouds, a visionary sales center designed by Wang Weidong and Han Fang, redefines the concept of experiential space. The center, located in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province, China, is an embodiment of future lifestyle, seamlessly integrating technology and spatial aesthetics to offer a dynamic and upscale experience.

The sales center is characterized by its unique hourglass-shaped art installation, rhythmic 3D sense, and a harmonious blend of calmness and vibrancy. The space features interconnected areas with visually stunning spatial order and structural aesthetic, creating seamless transitions and uninterrupted views.

The project, which commenced in June 2022 and was completed in October 2022, has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in 2024, highlighting its outstanding expertise, innovation, and remarkable level of excellence.

The Villa in Clouds boasts a cohesive matte texture in the reception foyer, creating a natural and pure tone, while a circular installation featuring white curved screen elements defines the property models display area, exuding a futuristic ambiance. The space offers a strong visual impression, diverse spatial effects, and an upscale sense of comfort and relaxation.

With a focus on creating a flexible and flowing space, the designers utilized vertical lines to enhance the depth and tension of the 1,000-square-meter area, guiding the flow of the space and establishing a pure and relaxing atmosphere. The center successfully strikes a balance between abstraction and concreteness, reflecting people's aspirations for a better future life.

The Villa in Clouds is a testament to the designers' commitment to continuously challenge design boundaries, creating new perceptions and visual impacts that stimulate business cognition. It embodies a humanistic nature and aims to bring people, technology, and buildings closer together.
