Elevate Your Coffee Break with the Espresso Ceremony Coffee Set by Lea Shanati

Adoring Europe's cafe culture, Lea Shanati's Espresso Ceremony project aims to transform daily coffee rituals into mindful moments of indulgence. The design caters to the global coffee boom, offering elegance and functionality for coffee lovers and cafes alike. The tray set fosters a sense of connection and mindful enjoyment, inspired by the unfolding ceremony of coffee brewing.

This tray is a modification of a cup saucer, with dedicated recesses cradling a cup, milk jug, water glass, sugar bowl, and spoon, creating a holistic coffee ritual. It fosters a connection and features a beautiful experience with seamless color and pattern flow. The collection extends beyond a singular design, offering various options, as evidenced by the mint green variation presented here.

The project, which started in November 2023 and finished in March 2024 in London, UK, aimed to design a cohesive coffee serving system. Initial hand sketches were refined into technical drawings for functionality, and a 3D model facilitated the virtual exploration of design and interaction with coffee elements. Material selection was key, with wood, metal, plexiglass, porcelain, and crystal complementing the design for a practical and elegant coffee ceremony.
