Wu Residence: A Nature-Inspired Villa

Guojian Yao's Wu Residence, a 750-square-meter private villa in Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is a stunning blend of nature and art. Inspired by the natural beauty of the surrounding area, the project aims to soothe the minds of its occupants in the midst of busy lives.

The villa, designed for a family of three who love music and travel, features a modern minimalist architecture with a light resort style in the garden, creating a stylish, simple, and elegant quality of life. The space utilizes natural materials such as ceramic tile slabs, natural marble, and wood finishes to maintain a unique texture and a calm appearance.

With a total area of 750 square meters, the residence comprises 450 square meters of indoor living space and 300 square meters of garden, offering a spacious and serene environment for its occupants.

The layout spans 5 floors, including two underground garages, storage rooms, entertainment spaces, living areas, and rest spaces. The design emphasizes natural light as the main element, allowing it to enter the interior through the courtyard, garden, and large glass windows, creating a diverse spatial hierarchy and interconnectedness between the interior and exterior.

Yao Guojian Interior Design Studio, established in 2017, focuses on personalized service and customization of private residential homes. The studio's design philosophy revolves around creating spaces that are suitable for nature, suitable for life, and ideal, aiming to achieve the most suitable state for individuals through thoughtful design.
