CC House: A Harmonious Blend of Simplicity and Uniqueness

3dor concepts proudly presents CC House, a stunning residential single dwelling that seamlessly integrates with its lush surroundings in Thamarassery, Wayanad, Kerala, India. The design draws inspiration from the site's dense vegetation and agricultural heritage, resulting in a minimalistic approach that respects the natural environment while offering a unique living experience.

The design of CC House revolves around the conservation of existing trees and vegetation, with a deliberate choice of materials and forms that reflect the socio-cultural contexts and climatic conditions of the site. The house features asymmetric C shapes mirroring a central tree, creating a signature element that embodies the site's ambiance. The open courtyard and wide sit-out surrounding the rooms on three sides provide a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors, offering a serene retreat nestled in nature's embrace.

Constructed with a floor area of 270 m.sq, CC House is a testament to thoughtful design and meticulous craftsmanship. The project was completed in 2022, showcasing the dedication of the design team, including Ahmed Thaneem and Jiyad Muhammed, in realizing this exceptional residential space.

Recognizing its outstanding design, CC House was honored with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2024, reflecting its remarkable impact on the world of architecture and design. This award celebrates the marvelous, outstanding, and trendsetting creations that embody extraordinary excellence and significantly influence the world with their desirable characteristics.
