Yunzhu Lake: Immersive Urban Villa Design by Lingyun Zhong

Lingyun Zhong, a renowned interior architect from Zhengzhou City, China, has unveiled the breathtaking Yunzhu Lake project, a demonstration room that breaks conventional space boundaries and redefines urban villa living. Inspired by natural light and shadow, landscape scenes, and immersive space experiences, the design aims to achieve the ultimate quality and price ratio of natural lake views and metropolitan villa-style life. The project, located in North Longhu Lake, Zhengzhou, China, covers an area of 195 square meters and was completed in January 2023.

The design is characterized by its unique approach to creating living spaces, using "scene" to not only shape the way of life but also convey emotional sustenance. The utilization of stone, slate, wood veneer, and other materials, combined with the strategic use of natural light and shadow, creates a poetic and immersive living environment. The project was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2024, recognizing its outstanding expertise and innovation in interior space, retail, and exhibition design.

Lingyun Zhong's design philosophy focuses on using rational lines to express passionate thoughts, and this is evident in the Yunzhu Lake project.
