Gao Shanxing Unveils the Vision for Pearl River Wenjiang Block B

Gao Shanxing's Pearl River Wenjiang Block B project is set to redefine urban architecture in Chengdu's Wenjiang District. The project, which commenced in September 2018, aims to be completed by 2026 and is designed to introduce the new concept of "CAZ," reconstruct the spatial layout and industrial functions of local neighborhoods, and expand the functions of the business district from a functional perspective. The development is poised to become a consumption center of the West City Capital, reflecting high-quality development and creating a vibrant new urban form.

The project is configured with 14 high-rise office towers, 10 commercial pedestrian streets, and 1-2 floors of podiums along the street, integrating diverse transportation systems to create a three-dimensional city. It aims to provide diverse living experiences for different groups of people and create a healthy and livable lifestyle in open spaces, waterfront parks, and art courtyards. The high-rise buildings along the street adopt the window-wall system with the image of aluminum frame as the main part, creating an effective facade gray space with an obvious shading effect and minimal light pollution.

Located in the Pearl River New Town Project in the east of Wenjiang District, Chengdu, the project is positioned as the third living space of citizens in western Chengdu with high functional compound, high industrial agglomeration, high comfort, high quality, and high density. The development is set to embody the standards of park cities, promoting the symbiosis of industry and career, and the integration of ecology and life.
