This innovative home appliance allows users to prepare healthy and natural yoghurt with personalized programs through the Pasteur app. The design ensures controlled pasteurization, preserving essential bacteria and facilitating fermentation, resulting in a delightful and customizable yoghurt experience.

The Fakir Pasteur is equipped with a ceramic-coated milk container that prevents sticking during the pasteurization and yoghurt-making processes. The product's LED guidance and mobile app integration add a modern touch, offering users a seamless and personalized yoghurt-making experience. With a 3-liter container capacity and support for experimentation with various milk types, Pasteur is designed to cater to the needs of large families and individuals alike.

From its inception in September 2020 to its realization in March 2022 in Istanbul, Turkey, the Fakir Pasteur has been meticulously crafted to celebrate the Turkish yoghurt tradition while addressing the evolving needs of modern consumers. The design team, including Latif Mahmudoğlu, Osman Cihan Demirel, and Mert Gürsoy, overcame various technical and research challenges to create a product that not only honors tradition but also promotes healthy and sustainable living.
