Moriyuki Ochiai Architects has designed a captivating nursery school, Daruma International, with a focus on promoting creativity and sensory development for children. The design draws inspiration from nature's vibrant colors and geographical features, creating a space that encourages children to engage in imaginative play and exploration.

The nursery features themed rooms, each representing natural elements such as lakes, cherry blossoms, stratum, flowers, sky, and forest. The use of colors and design elements aims to immerse children in the wonders of nature, fostering a rich sensitivity to color and the environment.

The common hall, designed as a multiple-purpose room, incorporates organically-shaped mirrors on the ceiling, creating a refreshing space that reflects natural light and seasonal changes. This design choice aims to provide children with an immersive experience of the changing seasons and the marvels of nature.

With a total area of 440sqm, the nursery is a testament to Moriyuki Ochiai Architects' commitment to creating innovative and engaging spaces for children's development.
