FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Ningbo Bauhinia Business Center

Located in Ningbo, a city with historical significance as the starting point of the ancient Maritime Silk Road, the Bauhinia Business Center is a unique industrial-style office space designed by Andy Leung and his team. Inspired by the container terminal, the design combines container elements, colors, and geometric figures in an orderly manner to construct a modernist aesthetic with a sense of "order."

The project covers an area of 1548m² and utilizes industrial die-cast corrugated metal panels as a key design element, creating a visually striking and functional space. The design reassembles individual spaces to form different open areas, reflecting the industrialized and modernist inspiration.

The office space balances the privacy of meeting areas with the transparency of public spaces, achieved through the use of movable partitions to create modular spaces. This innovative approach enhances the functionality and efficiency of the office environment.

Andy Leung's design of the Bauhinia Business Center has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021, highlighting its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that contributes to quality of life improvements.
