Sheng-Fu Yang's Daylight Reflection project, a Scandinavian residential design, maximizes natural lighting and spatial flow, completed in Zhonghe Dist., New Taipei City, Taiwan in August 2021.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Daylight Reflection project by Sheng-Fu Yang embodies the Scandinavian style, utilizing light white colors and material transformation to create a bright and lively space. The 85.95 square meter, 3+1 room, 2 bathroom, 1 living room, and 1 dining room design maximizes the advantage of its high floor and windows to compensate for lighting shortcomings, offering perfect natural lighting.
Innovative features include a glass study partition for visual transparency and lighting, with the addition of a study room and bay window without altering the layout. The design team carefully planned routes to create a sense of fluidity, defining spaces using materials and mood lighting.
The project overcame challenges such as non-square space and large beam widths by using glass partitions and wood elements, while concealing air conditioning in the ceiling to maintain comfort and flow. Each room features color matching and natural light, enhancing the unique texture of the design.
Sheng-Fu Yang, based in New Taipei City, Taiwan, is dedicated to providing professional and high-quality designs for new houses or renovations, tailored to create unique and practical living spaces.
