Mountain Court Apartment Design by Ian Hau - XLMS Limited

XLMS Limited is proud to announce that the Mountain Court Apartment design by Ian Hau has been awarded the Iron A' Design Award for Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design in 2023.

The Mountain Court Apartment, located in Homantin, Hong Kong, was transformed from a 2-bedroom layout to a spacious 3-bedroom layout with a focus on ample storage and open living spaces. The design integrates contemporary open plan living with carefully selected furnishings and innovative features to create a unique and functional living environment.

The design features a custom-made UK import material, Forresso, for the dining table and display shelf, as well as a mixture of Maxalto, B&B Italia, De Castelli, Contradi, and Maxalto furnishings. The apartment also includes unique elements such as a double curve cove ceiling, stone flooring perimeter, and a Japanese style bathtub, showcasing the attention to detail and creativity in the design.
