FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Trice, a digital transformation company, has unveiled E-plan, a groundbreaking web platform designed to transform the energy distribution landscape. Inspired by the concepts of energy and innovation, E-plan embodies a minimalistic style and friendly storytelling to provide a seamless user experience.
The platform's unique properties lie in its emphasis on simplicity, achieved through a deconstruction process that eliminates superfluous elements, resulting in a flat and minimal style with pop influences. The design is centered around the fundamental concepts of balance, alignment, and contrast, reflecting the brand's core features and mission of clear billing, improved customer experience, and user-friendly processes.
Realized using cutting-edge technology, E-plan leverages a headless CMS Directus, a NodeJS-based data platform with a Vue.js back office, and a PostgreSQL database for backend operations. The platform also integrates React Library for the frontend, ensuring a responsive design for a convenient user experience across all devices and browsers.
The E-plan website serves as a platform to showcase energy plans and offerings to clients and prospects, offering a user-friendly interface and intuitive language. The platform's onboarding workflow simplifies the user experience, leveraging technologies such as the OCR engine for automated data entry. Additionally, seamless interactions are facilitated through integrations with third-party systems like Stripe for payments and ERP synchronization.
Trice's E-plan project faced challenges in setting up the workflow and refining the user experience, particularly in addressing technology issues related to the interaction between third-party systems, the web platform, and the ERP. However, the team successfully overcame these challenges, resulting in a visually striking and immersive digital experience.
